Retired FBI Special Agent (SA) Jonathan (Jonny) Grusing began his career with the FBI in 1996 and was assigned to the Denver Division. For 23 of his 25 years in the Bureau, he worked violent crime, to include bank robberies, kidnappings, missing persons, serial rapists and serial killings. Beginning in 2008, SA Grusing served as the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) Coordinator for Colorado, to consult on difficult or unusual homicides or missing persons. In November 2006, SA Grusing began the investigation into the activities of FBI informant Scott Lee Kimball, since people who were in contact with him were disappearing. SA Grusing worked with the profiling unit and numerous law enforcement agencies to bring homicide charges against Kimball in 2009 and recover three of his victims from the remote, mountainous areas in Colorado and Utah. He claimed one of the victims was in Rifle, Colorado. Come join us as SA Jonathan Grusing talks of the interesting cases he’s worked on in his long career.
