Gather at the High Waters Farm parking lot at the Silt River Preserve, 7001 County Road 346, Silt at 1pm. We will listen to a short talk from the Aspen Valley Land Trust on their mission and hope for the future of this site. Then we’ll be joined by Anna and Sara of High Water Farm for their thoughts on their latest projects. We will continue down the trail to forage with Erica Marciniec. She’ll point out various tasty plants to us, we’ll pick a little and then we will end up back at the Silt Historical Park, 707 Orchard to discuss and watch Erica demonstrate how she would cook up our foraged goodies.
